Integrated Management Services, Inc. (IMS) owns and operates USP-ANEC website. Terms and conditions enumerated herein constitute a legally binding agreement made between the buyer and IMS concerning access to and use of the USP-ANEC website and not limited to any purchase of USP product/s including all its variants and the after-sales services the buyer is entitled to-

1. USP-ANEC website offers a variety of Prepaid Virtual Emergency Health Cards (“product”) with one-time payment feature allowing the buyer to gain immediate access to health protection coverage of choice;

2. Emergency coverage pertains to life-threatening conditions or circumstances that require immediate medical assistance.

3. Our company abides by the standard HMO regulations concerning Exclusions, Pre-existing Conditions and Contestability clause;

4. Activation of E-Card requires 7 days from date of purchase, complete with corresponding payments;

5. Product validity takes effect upon activation of the e-card and up to 12 months thereafter; hence, confinement/s prior to validity of membership shall not be covered.

6. Purchase of the product is bound by age requirement

7. Our product is exclusively being offered to IMS-ANEC members as membership privilege. Any purchase made on this site entitles the buyer to free ANEC membership;

8. Maximum of 2 variants per individual can be purchased on this site;

9. Virtual card shall be sent to the buyer as proof of membership.

Payment Terms

1. USP is to be paid annually through a one-time payment platform;

2. You will pay fees specified in the Order form.

3. Payment may be made through bank deposit or GCash or any other method which we may include in the future.

4. All fees are VAT exclusive

5. We accept valid proof of payment to confirm your purchase completion.

6. Your fees paid are non-refundable and benefits are non-transferrable.

Notification of Changes

Our Terms and Conditions may change from time to time and all modifications will be reflected on this page. Your continuous use of our website, product, and service even after we make changes is deemed that you accept and consent to these changes.
